Selling a home is a big decision. It’s emotional, logistical, and usually happening at the same time as about twelve other life changes.
Exciting? Sometimes.
Stressful? Almost always.
I created this page to make the process clearer, calmer, and a hopefully, less overwhelming. Whether you’re upsizing, downsizing, relocating, or simply ready for something new.
My goal is to make the process easier to understand, with fewer unknowns and fewer surprises. My hope is that you will learn what the process looks like, what matters, and what you can expect.
Some things you will find here include:

Selling your home doesn’t have to feel chaotic or like you’re being rushed or pushed into decisions. With the right preparation and the right support, it can feel controlled, thoughtful, and even empowering.
